On May 25, the Goldsboro Police Department responded to a residence located in the 1200 block of Park Avenue B.
The citizen reported they left their home secure on that date and when they returned at noon they found a rear, glass door broken and over $13,000 worth of property stolen from inside.
Among the items stolen were a silver ware set, miscellaneous jewelry, check books, a Dell laptop computer, a safety deposit box and three television sets.
