Dudley man charged with statutory rape

A Dudley man is charged with statutory rape after engaging in sex acts with a 14-year-old girl, according to a Wayne County Sheriff's Office press release.
Tyrell Devon Tann, 18, 211 Brentwood Drive, is charged with two counts of statutory rape and a single count of crimes against nature.
On May 11 a report of sexual assault was filed with the sheriff's office. During the course of the investigation it was determined that Tann had engaged in sexual intercourse and other sex acts with the victim, the release said.
