Police investigate another city shooting

The Goldsboro Police Department is investigating a shooting outside a local convenience store late Saturday night.
So far all investigators have to go on is a description of the shooter, according to the police report.
The shooting took place at 11:06 p.m. outside the Comco gas station at 301 W. Grantham St., the police report said.
Lionel Zuniga Cordova, 41, 303 W. Grantham St., was found shot in the abdomen by an unknown black man. The shooter is described as 20 years old and slim, weighing 150 pounds and standing 6 feet tall.
Communicating only via email, the Goldsboro Police Department said officers are following up on several promising leads developed both Saturday night and Sunday.
Cordova was transported to Vidant Medical Center in Greenville where he is still undergoing treatment, the email said.
