RALEIGH -- The N.C. Department of Transportation will hold a public meeting in March regarding proposed improvements to U.S. 70 at the intersections with Martin Livestock Road and Pondfield Road near Princeton in Johnston County.
The informal meeting, which was originally scheduled for last week but was rescheduled due to inclement weather, will take place from 5 until 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, at the Princeton Town Hall.
Attendees are welcome to stop by at any time during the meeting hours. There will not be a formal presentation; however, NCDOT representatives will be available to answer questions about the project and receive input and comments. Written comments or questions can be submitted at the meeting or to NCDOT Senior Public Involvement Officer Diane Wilson at 1598 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699 by no later than Tuesday, March 24.
