A United States Air Force member assigned to the 4th Civil Engineering Squadron at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base is charged with breaking and entering Feb. 13 after Goldsboro police found him intoxicated in another man's utility closet outside his home Thursday.
Ryan Arnold Ceynar, 25, 406 N. Hillcrest Drive, is charged with breaking and entering and was given a custody release from the Wayne County Jail early this morning.
According to a GPD police report, Robert Kinsey, 48, told police Ceynar tried to force his way in through a kitchen door that faces a carport. Ceynar attempted to break in by pushing on the door and twisting the knob, the report said.
When officers arrived on scene, Ceynar was found in a utility room in the carport that had been left unlocked. Ceynar was brought to the Wayne County Magistrate's office where he was charged with the misdemeanor offense. He has been given a court date of April 14.
