Help sought in finding missing LaGrange teen

The Lenoir County Sheriff's Office is asking the public to help locate a missing teenager from the LaGrange area.
On Nov. 20, Mikayla Alvarado boarded the school bus to her high school and arrived at school, but left the school before going to her classes.
Based on the investigation, it was reported that Alvarado has past incidents where she has voluntarily ran away.
The Sheriff's Office and oather agencies involve in he search have exhausted all information and known leads trying to locate Alvarado.

She is described as being 17 years old, five-feet-five inches tall, weighing about 130 pounds and has piercings in her ear, nose and naval.
