As if there wasn't enough going on in classrooms around the county getting ready to dismiss students for the holiday, Norwayne Middle School was without power this morning.
Principal Mario Re said the situation appeared to be isolated to the school.
"They don't know what it's from," he said around 10 a.m., indicating it had happened about 30 minutes earlier. "We don't know what we're going to do about lunch."
Today is the last day of classes for Wayne County Public Schools before the Christmas break. Students and teachers will return on Monday, Jan. 5.
