Miss North Carolina Beth Stovall made a visit to Spring Creek Middle School this morning. She spoke to an assembly of students about the importance of never giving up on one's dreams, informing students that she failed to win in nine of the 12 pageants that she has competed in. She said, "Nine times I've lost a pageant, but I try tried again."
