On Friday, Sept. 12, 25-year-old Ed Chavarria Novales reported being at the 100 block of North John Street in Goldsboro at approximately 1 a.m. with 27-year-old Christopher Osorio when an unknown subject struck him in the head with a beer bottle, causing a laceration.
The suspect fled the area prior to the police arriving. Osorio also received a cut on the back of his head during this incident.
