Goldsboro police investigate after early morning shooting

The Goldsboro Police Department is investigating a shooting that took place in the early morning hours Sunday.
Officers found Terrance Walker, 28, of Alabama Avenue, sitting on the steps of a residence at 712 E. Mulberry St. at 3:23 a.m. suffering from a gunshot wound to the foot, according to a police report.
"He said he was just walking in the street when he realized he'd been shot," Maj. Al King said.
Walker did not cooperate further.
"He could not, or would not, give any suspects," King said.
Wayne County EMS responded and transported Walker to Wayne Memorial Hospital for treatment.
Photos were taken at the scene and evidence was collected, but no suspect information is listed on the report.
