Local dad, daughter make finals in dance contest

Full SizeThanks to viewers of one of the most popular morning shows in the nation -- and the Goldsboro and Wayne County residents who took to the Internet to cast votes -- a 4th Fighter Wing airman and his little girl are on their way to New York City.
Tech. Sgt. Aron Lee and his daughter, Kennedy, will be featured on "Good Morning America" Thursday, after the duo placed in the top two of the show's "Daddy/Daughter Dance Off."
The two will dance live in a showdown with the other top vote-getting father/daughter team.
"Good Morning America" begins at 7 a.m. on ABC.
