Rosewood student serves as page

Anna Nicole Cooke, a student at Rosewood High School, recently served for a week as a page in the North Carolina Senate. She was sponsored by state Sen. Louis Pate of Wayne County. She is the daughter of Ester Cooke of Goldsboro. High school students statewide serve as pages when the General Assembly is in session. They attend daily legislative sessions, committee meetings and assist staff members.
