A Goldsboro man in the Wayne County Jail on drug trafficking charges since June 6 will now face three additional counts of trafficking heroin, according to a Wayne County Sheriff's Office press release.
Goldsboro/Wayne County Interagency Drug Task Force officers charged Dennis Michael Robinson, 49, of 207 S. Carolina St., as part of an ongoing investigation into the sale and distribution of heroin in and around Wayne County.
He was initially held under a $200,000 secured bond.
The additional charges filed against Robinson Thursday stem from a separate part of the same investigation, the Sheriff's Office said.
Robinson has been given an additional $60,000 secured bond.
