Central/EWHS Alumni reunion May 23-25

Central/Eastern Wayne High School Alumni & Friends will observe its 42nd annual homecoming Friday through Sunday, May 23-25. Classes with numbers ending in 4 and 9 will be honored.
A banquet will be held at 7 p.m. at Best Grove MB Church on May 23. The guest speaker will be the Rev. Willis Lewis, a member of the Class of '74. Tickets are $30 and must be purchased by May 19.
A dutch breakfast meeting will be held Saturday at 9 at Murray's restaurant, with a parade following at noon in the Central Heights community. Lineup will begin at 11 a.m. at Eastern Wayne Middle School. Entry forms are available.
The annual family picnic will follow the parade at 1 p.m. Dinner will be served from 2-3. Tickets are $15. There will be games and activities for all ages.
A homecoming ball will be held Saturday at 9 p.m. at Murray's. Tickets are $25.
A worship service will be held Sunday at 11 a.m. at Holly Hill Disciples Church in the Beston community. An awards and scholarship program will be held at Best Grove MB Church at 5 p.m.
