Republican convention to be held March 29

The Wayne County Republican Convention will be March 29 at the Wayne Center at 208 W. Chestnut St.
Doors will open at 7:30 a.m. for registration. Registration closes at 8:30 a.m. Cost is $4.
Precinct meetings will start immediately following the close of registration.
The convention itself will convene at 9:45 a.m. and will last until approximately noon.
Delegates must attend the local convention to be eligible to attend the district and state conventions.
All statewide candidates and candidates appearing on the Republican Party ballot have been invited to speak as well as all of the local, state and regional elected officials.
Attendees must be registered Republicans.
