On Aug. 30, a resident of South Charleston, W.Va., reported that he discovered that unknown people had made two purchases totaling $414.05 with his debit card at the Walmart located at 2908 U.S. 70 West in Goldsboro at approximately 7:30 p.m. that day.
The victim told police in South Charleston that he never lost his debit card and still has it in his possession.
Video surveillance shows three suspects, two black women and one black man who appear to be together.
However, the Goldsboro Police Department is asking for assistance in identifying the black woman seen in the video wearing what appears to be a pink or red hat and a pink or red shirt, standing alongside the black male wearing a black hat and a white shirt.
