A second man has been charged in the May 30 shooting death of 23-year-old Delindao Alijuwon Miller.

The original suspect remains charged as well, police said.

Qua'Twon Shaquill Tyrek King, 17, of 209 Shaw Court was arrested and charged less than two weeks after the murder.

Miller was killed near Franklin Baking Co., not far from his Westhaven home.

Sgt. Dwayne Dean, the original investigator on the case, said at the time the investigation was not concluded with King's arrest.

Dean said Thursday that sufficient evidence has since been presented to charge 18-year-old Latrae McKinnon of 1706 E. Holly St. with the murder, along with King.

A grand jury supported the charge but those records are not made available to the public, and Dean could not comment further on the investigation.

McKinnon, already in the Wayne County Jail on previous breaking and entering charges, is now being held, as King has been since his arrest, without bond.
