Roll Call ceremony still a "go"

Members of the Wayne County Veterans and Patriots Coalition have been following the weather closely this afternoon and said, as of 4 p.m., that they are "hoping for the best" and are not yet ready to cancel this evening's Roll Call ceremony in front of the Wall That Heals.
