If you see a group of F-15E Strike Eagles flying lower than they normally do -- or hear loudspeaker announcements blaring through the Seymour Johnson Air Force Base gates -- don't panic. It's only a test.
The 4th Fighter Wing is conducting an Operational Readiness Exercise through tomorrow. During this time, local residents can expect increased jet noise, low-level flying and loudspeaker announcements as late as 1 a.m.
