Goldsboro police are looking into a stabbing that took place early Sunday morning at Party Central, 800 Corporate Drive, that left one local student hospitalized at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.
Juan Jose Trejo, 17, was stabbed twice in the arm and once in the abdomen as he and a friend, Guillerman Rubio, 16, tried to exit the club just before 1:30 a.m. Sunday.
According to the report filed Sunday by Goldsboro police, Trejo said that he did not know who stabbed him and everything was a "blur."
The incident occurred after what one witness said was a rush at the door.
Trejo and Rubio were trying to get out to get away from several men who were attempting to start a fight with them, according to the report.
Officials at Vidant did not release any information regarding Trejo's condition, but did confirm that he is still a patient.
No suspects have been identified and police are still conducting their investigation.
