Morning chase ends in arrest

A Goldsboro teenager was arrested early Wednesday morning after he allegedly broke into a Pikeville home, raped a woman who resides there and fled from authorities. Marvin Devon Breeden, 19, of 315 E. Walnut St., was charged with first-degree burglary, first-degree kidnapping, larceny after breaking and entering, possession of stolen property, larceny of a motor vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle and was placed in the Wayne County Detention Center under a $1 million secured bond.
