Christmas in the Forest starts Friday

St. Francis Episcopal Church will hold its 34th annual Christmas in the Forest on Friday and Saturday.
The holiday bazaar will feature handcrafted gifts by various artisans, homemade baked goods and demonstrations on bow making, wood carving, beading and pottery by renowned artist Rich Daniels, who has been featured in Our State magazine.
The event, which will run from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Friday and from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Saturday, is one of Goldsboro's most popular events, with the church's famous soup available for take-out or eating at the church.
