Teasers nightclub on U.S. 117 South was the scene of a fatal shooting early Sunday. Jairus Mikeal Saunders, 18, was found shot to death. Police are looking for Quinton Leon Swinson II, 24, in connection with his death.

One man died early Sunday morning after a shooting inside Teasers nightclub at 1716 U.S. 117 South.

Goldsboro police responded to a 911 call of shots fired at the club at 1:14 a.m. and, when they arrived on scene, discovered Jairus Mikeal Saunders, 18, 406 Mercer St., dead on the bathroom floor from a gunshot wound to the chest.

Upon investigating, police were able to identify the shooter, 24-year-old Quinton Leon Swinson II, also known as "Fat Boy," a 6-foot, 280-pound black male last known to reside at 906 N. Carolina St.

Swinson has various tattoos including his nickname on his left arm and his last name on his back. He also has the word "DOE" tattooed on his right hand.

Swinson was developed as the lead suspect, according to a GPD press release, after multiple interviews were conducted and surveillance tapes were reviewed. A warrant for an open count of murder has been issued for his arrest.

Police said Swinson should be considered armed and dangerous, and ask that anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts call the Goldsboro Police Department at 919-580-4214, or Crime Stoppers at 919-735-2255.

Crime Stoppers can also receive text messages at 919-222-4230.
