Jimmy John's is coming to Goldsboro, but the sandwich store's corporate executives aren't sure exactly where, yet.
A spokesperson for Jimmy John's said a franchisee had purchased the rights to open a store in the Goldsboro area, but she didn't believe that a lease had been signed yet.
Illinois-based Jimmy John's now has 1,200 stores nationwide and operates locations in Greenville, Raleigh and Jacksonville.
Jimmy John's offers delivery of its sandwiches and prides itself on fresh meats, vegetables and bread baked in-house.
