Aluminum theft
A vehicle parked outside of the Handy Mart convenience store, 2011 U.S. 70 W., was robbed Tuesday. Unknown suspects removed two rolls of aluminum coil, one valued at $320 and the other at $160.
Identity theft
Misty Dunn, 36, of Mount Olive, received a phone call from United Cash Advance claiming that she owed a debt of $695.
An unknown suspect used Dunn's personal information, including two bank accounts, her Social Security number and two telephone numbers to take out a loan they did not pay back.
Copper stolen
An air conditioning unit was damaged and 20 feet of copper removed from a vacant rental property at 103 Deer Meadow Road.
A report filed with the Wayne County Sheriff's Office valued the damage and stolen property in excess of $2,180.
