Armed robbery at restaurant
Lonnie Pike, 24, reported that he was the victim of an armed robbery while outside of Chili's restaurant about 10 p.m. Saturday.
Pike told Goldsboro police that he was changing clothes behind the Sunburst Drive eatery when a silver Honda passenger car approached. The driver exited the car and put a firearm to Pike's side and said, "Give me all of your money."
According to the report, the suspect took Pike's wallet then patted him down before he and the two other men in the vehicle left the area.
The value of the stolen property was listed at $460.
Home break-in
Rebecca Dennis reported the theft of $2,300 in property from her home in the 400 block of Stronach Avenue during a break-in that occurred between Tuesday and Saturday, while she stayed at another residence.
A rear window was broken out to gain entry into the home.
During the incident an air conditioner was damaged and copper components were stolen. Also taken were a TV, a mobile DVD player and two digital cameras.
