Seymour Johnson will likely not be among first to receive new tanker

A formal training unit, a first main operating base led by active duty and a second main operating base led by an Air National Guard unit will be among the first wings to receive the new KC-46A tanker -- an announcement that will likely mean Seymour Johnson Air Force Base will not be among the first three bases to house the military's newest tanker.
