Shootings in the city
*Sirraundre Turner reported being shot while he was walking down the 1700 block of Maple Street Tuesday about 5 p.m. The 20-year-old told authorities he did not know who could have shot at him.
*Robert Smith reported he was shot in the leg Wednesday about 2 a.m., from an unknown shooter in a vehicle. Smith was in the 600 block of Bizzell Court when he was struck. A motorist passing by picked up Smith and took him to the hospital.
