Civil Air Patrol promotes Travae Willis

RALEIGH -- Travae Willis, formerly of Goldsboro, has been promoted to 2nd lieutenant in the United States Civil Air Patrol.
Willis is an air crew member and a mission operations officer. He also serves his squadron as its drug demand reduction officer.
He is the son of Donald Isler and Kimberly Isler of Goldsboro and the grandson of Gertrude Parks, Eunice Hines, Swindell and Mary Isler and Joseph and Katherine Scott of Goldsboro.
