Three arrested in March Goldwater Motel explosion

Three people have been arrested and a fourth is wanted in connection to the March 11 explosion at the former Goldwater Motel in Dudley.
The motel, now rental complex, on U.S. 117 Alternate, was partially destroyed when a suspected meth lab exploded, creating a hole in the building's brick exterior.
Of the four people hurt in the explosion, three have been arrested and the fourth is wanted.
Charged are:
*Regina Ann Rugkit, 29, Stronach Avenue, manufacture methamphetamine, eight counts of possession/ distribute methamphetamine precursor, $400,000 secured bond.
*Randy Arive Johnson, 27, manufacture methamphetamine, $100,000 secured bond.
*Tracey Terell Grady, 42, manufacture methamphetamine, $100,000 secured bond.
The arrests were made following an investigation by the Goldsboro/ Wayne County Interagency Drug Task Force.
Still wanted is Joshua Franklin Summerlin, 22, last address, 2030 Beautancus Road, Mount Olive.
