Theft at tobacco barn
The Wayne County Sheriff's Office took a report for $60,000 worth of steel tobacco rods stolen from a tobacco barn in the 5300 block of N.C. 111 South in Seven Springs.
Between 7, 000 and 8,000 of the metal, L-shaped rods were reported stolen Thursday.
