Jaycees to hold wine-tasting fundraiser Sept. 29

The Goldsboro Jaycees will be hosting a wine-tasting on Thursday, Sept. 29, from 6-9 p.m. at the Lotus Asian Bistro & Lounge on John Street at to raise money for different community events and the North Carolina Jaycee Burn Center in Chapel Hill.
Guests will enjoy a variety of appetizers with carefully selected wine pairings for each. There also will be drawings, door prizes and giveaways.
Tickets are $25 and may be purchased from any member of the Jaycees organization, by contacting the Jaycees through their Facebook page or by sending an email to goldsboro_jaycee@yahoo.com.
All money raised from the event will go to support the Goldsboro Jaycees, along with the many community efforts they support.
