Four arrested on drug charges in Mount Olive

Three men were arrested and jailed under $100,000 bonds on drug charges and a juvenile taken into custody following an investigation and traffic stop by the Mount Olive Police Department. Police seized about eight ounces of powdered cocaine with a street value of approximately $15,000.
Arrested were:
* Jose Guadalupe Valles, 16, 574 Durham Lake Road, Dudley: Trafficking cocaine, conspire to traffic cocaine, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a weapon with altered serial number and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Adan Loria, 19, 102 Gordon St.: Trafficking cocaine, conspire to traffic cocaine, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, maintaining a vehicle for controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Matthew Flores Arellano, 19, 458 Edwina Kornegay Road: Trafficking cocaine, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, conspire to traffic cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The juvenile was released to his parents. Juvenile petitions will be sought through Juvenile Services, Chief of Police Brian Rhodes said.
