Air conditioner thefts occur over weekend
More than $6,000 was reported as stolen and damaged property from an apartment complex under renovation in the 200 block of Alpha Court.
The incident occurred between 6:30 p.m. on July 21 and 8:22 a.m. July 22.
The suspect(s) cut through a wire fence to gain access to the site where two air conditioners were damaged and two air conditioners were stolen, according to a police report.
While preparing to show a home in the 500 block of Bridgers Road, Princeton, to a potential renter on July 21, it was discovered that a stove and refrigerator, both valued at $500, had been stolen from the home.
An air conditioner, valued at $1,000, was also reported as stolen.
A vacant rental property in the 700 block of East Pine Street had its HVAC unit stripped of copper tubing and accessories, according to a police report filed on July 23.
The reported damage to the HVAC unit was $2,500. The value of the stolen copper was listed at $200.
