Copper taken from A/C unit
Copper components were reported stolen from an air conditioner at a home in the 700 block of East Walnut Street between Thursday night and Friday morning.
The value of the stolen copper from was listed at $1,000 on a Goldsboro police report. The damage to the A/C unit was marked at $2,000 on a Goldsboro police report.
Theft on holy ground
Two A/C window units were stolen from Branch Memorial Tabernacle Church, at 500 Gulley St., between June 23 and Friday, according to a police report. It appeared the units were removed without the suspect(s) entering the building.
