Shots fired on roadway
A 21-year-old man reported to Goldsboro police that someone fired shots into the vehicle he was driving in the 500 block of Wayne Avenue around 11:20 Thursday.
According to the police report, the vehicle had $1,000 in damages.
Employee blamed for metal theft
AP Exhaust Production Inc., in the 300 block of Dixie Trail, reported over $20,000 of stolen metal goods. According to a police report, the theft of six copper projection molds, six brass projection moulds and four copper welding wheels as being stolen between May 22 and 26 is being investigated as a crime of larceny by employee.
