Host families are are being sought in the Goldsboro area between June 24 and July 23 for five high school students from the area of Bilbao, Spain, and five high school students from France between June 18 and July 10 or between July 9 and August 7.
The students, 14 to 18 years of age, are eager to experience the American family life for 3-4 weeks and to learn about America firsthand "from its citizens,"to quote Alexis de Tocqueville.
Families only need to provide food and shelter and share your daily life and activities with them while they bring their culture and language into your home.
The students will have the opportunity to improve their English and understanding of the American lifestyle.
