Tip leads to drug arrest; second suspect sought

An anonymous call to Crime Stoppers led to a search warrant that resulted in the seizure of more than 50 grams of cocaine and the arrest of a Goldsboro man earlier this week.
Members of the Goldsboro/Wayne Interagency Drug Task Force are still looking for a woman in connection with the case.
After lawmen received the tip, a warrant was issued to search the home of Frankie Javay Holmes Jr., 28, of Cadel Lane. He was arrested Monday at the corner of Elm Street and Oleander Avenue. A search of his home turned up the cocaine, which had an estimated street value of $5,000.
Authorities are still looking for Jalisaea McKenzie, 22, of the same address.
Holmes was charged with trafficking in cocaine by possession, maintaining a dwelling for use of a controlled substances and possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana.
He was placed in the Wayne County Jail under a $204,000 secured bond.
Ms. McKenzie is wanted on charges of trafficking cocaine by possession and maintaining a dwelling for use of a a controlled substance.
