Investigators with the Goldsboro/Wayne County Drug Squad recovered 22 grams of cocaine and several firearms while executing a search warrant at the home of Francis Ervin Rawson, 38, on Feb. 26.
Following the search on Rawson's home in the 300 block of Woodcroft Drive, he was charged with possession with intent to sale/deliver cocaine, maintaining a dwelling for controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The cocaine seized in the Rawson's residence had a street value of $2,200, according to a document released by authorities.
Rawson was placed in the Wayne County Jail under a $10,000 secure bond.
The federal Drug Enforcement Administration worked with the drug squad while executing the search warrant.
