Plats OK'd by county Planning Board

It took the Wayne County Planning Board just about 15 minutes Tuesday night to approve to final subdivision plats and to give conditional approval to a preliminary plat.
The two finals will now go to county commissioners for their consideration.
Both of the finals were for one-lot minor subdivisions:
*Diann Baker, owner/developer, on Lancaster Road in Pikeville Township
*Donald G. Mitchell, owner/developer, on Mitchell Road in Brogden Township.
The preliminary plat was for a proposed 10-lot subdivision on Piney Grove Church Road in New Hope Township. Earl and Angela Oliver are the owners and developers.
Conditions for approval include the owners' signature, fire hydrants and an approved driveway permit.
