Shekinah Witherspoon, 13, holds a candle during the World AIDS Day "Light for Rights" Prayer Vigil at Wayne County Public Library. The vigil was sponsored by the Health Department, An Open Door Community Development Corp. and the Hispanic Community Development Center to raise awareness about prevention of the spread of HIV / AIDS and recognition of people who are living with AIDS and those have died from AIDS.
