Goldsboro man arrested for sex offense with minor

Police arrested a Goldsboro man Saturday for an alleged sexual offense against a minor.
Officers arrested Henry Tyrone Randolph, 31, of West New Hope Road on felony charges of first degree sexual offense and indecent liberties with a child.
Randolph was taken before a Wayne County magistrate and placed under a $1,025,000 secured bond.
The Goldsboro Police Department Investigations Division obtained warrants Friday for Randolph's arrest. Officers from the A shift of the Goldsboro Police Department Uniformed Patrol Division served the warrants.
Randolph's first court appearance is scheduled for Monday.
