Man arrested

for railroad theft

A Wilson County man wanted in connection with the theft of six I-beams from CSX Railroad property located at Aycock Acres Road outside Fremont has been apprehended by Wilson County law enforcement.

Wilson County authorities have returned Dennis Wayne Mosley, 39, Litchfield Road, Wilson to Wayne County where he was jailed under a $23,000 bond.

He has been charged with three counts each of felony Larceny; three counts possession of stolen goods/property; obtaining property by false pretense; misdemeanor trespass on railroad right-of way.

Mosley was wanted by the Wayne County Sheriff's Office for the theft of the six I-beams valued at $5,000 by CSX Railroad personnel.

Christopher Earl Radford, Lucama was previously arrested for the theft that occurred from July 24 until 26.

The two sold the I-beam at a recycle yard in Goldsboro.
