Shot in leg
A North Taylor Street man told police he heard gunshots while walking between buildings on Day Circle, and was struck in the left leg while running between buildings in the public housing area. Quinta Boyette, 29, was transported to the Wayne Memorial Hospital emergency room for reportedly minor injuries, according to a report.
