Members of the Middle School Wayne County Public Schools All-County Band Festival perform at Dillard Middle School in Goldsboro. The All-County Middle School band performed under the direction of Lou Ellen Wilson, and the high school band performed under Geoffrey Tart. The bands were comprised of students from 15 different area schools.
