Three schools to hold open house this week

Three county schools will host parent/student events this week.
Open house will be held at two high schools, Eastern Wayne and Goldsboro, to give parents and students the opportunity to meet second semester teachers. The events will be held on Wednesday from 4:30-6:30 p.m.
On Tuesday, the Wayne School of Engineering will hold a "Wayne Community College Night" for WSE parents and students from 6-8 p.m. in the Goldsboro High auditorium. The school will host a curriculum night for parents on Jan. 26 from 6 to 7:15 p.m.
Parents are also reminded that first semester grades for students will not be available at any of the parent/student events. Report cards for grades K-12 will be sent home with students on Friday, Jan. 22.
