Wells Fargo supporting Soup Kitchen

Wells Fargo Advisors of Goldsboro announced this week that through the holiday season and the coming year it will be providing support to the Community Soup Kitchen. And helping to provide that support is a $3,500 grant from The Wachovia Wells Fargo Foundation.
"We know that many of our neighbors have been hit hard by the economic downturn and our team members want to do what they can to help," branch manager Jimmy Hare said. "Our project with the Community Soup Kitchen to provide a meal for those who are hungry will help to make a difference in the lives of many."
The project of is one 200 throughout the nation -- ranging from stocking food pantries and serving meals to conduting clothing drives and refurbishing shelters -- being managed by Wells Fargo Advisors as part of the firm's Investing in Our Communities initiative.
