HOPING FOR A PARADE: The lights that illuminate the downtown Goldsboro streets cast a warm holiday glow across the city. Residents are hoping that one of the annual highlights of the Christmas season, the Goldsboro Jaycees Christmas Parade, will be able to take to the streets this Saturday after being delayed by weather last weekend.
