Accident Investigation Board to release F-15E crash findings

Air Force officials are set to release the results of the Accident Investigation Board from the July 18 crash of a Seymour Johnson Air Force Base F-15E Strike Eagle that killed two 4th Fighter Wing officers via an Air Combat Command teleconference at 9 a.m. Dec. 1.
AIB President Brig. Gen. H.D. Polumbo will represent the USAF during the teleconference.
