Lt. Col. Alan Sierichs, the commander and music director of the United States Air Force Band, leads the group during its performance at Mount Olive College's Kornegay Arena on Wednesday night. The band played a variety of classical pieces, along with adaptions of popular tunes and, of course, a medley of military themes that honored each branch of the service, closing with John Philip Sousa's "The Stars and Stripes Forever."
